Lincoln Equities Group (LEG) has commenced construction on Lincoln Logistics Belleville, located at 681 Main Street in Belleville, New Jersey. The site spans 15.25 acres and will feature two state-of-the-art industrial properties measuring 91,746 square feet and 112,661 square feet respectively. Strategically situated near major highways including the Lincoln Tunnel, Holland Tunnel, George Washington Bridge,and Newark International Airport,the development offers convenient access to Ports Newark and Elizabeth.
According to Belleville Township Mayor Michael Melham,”These new logistics properties will bring significant revenue without straining local resources.” Both buildings boast impressive features such as a clear height of 36 feet,multiple dock doors,a high-tech ESFR sprinkler system,and ample parking.
Joel Bergstein,the executive chairman of LEG,stated,”The demand for modern logistics facilities is robust,and this project perfectly caters to that need.” With over five million square feet of industrial space currently under development in the region,this venture further solidifies LEG’s position as an industry leader.CBRE’s Thomas Monahan,Larry Schiffenhaus,and Brian Golden have been appointed for leasing efforts.Completion is expected by Summer2025.
