"New Jersey's Fitness Factory to Expand with 16K-SF Space Opening"

Fitness Factory Health Club is set to open this summer at The Gardens shopping center in Mt. Olive Township, Morris County, NJ. The 16,400-square-foot space was previously occupied by Bed Bath & Beyond and has been secured by leasing agent R.J. Brunelli & Co.

According to Fitness Factory Managing Member Richard Scarpati, this location provides a prime position in the upper northwest quadrant of New Jersey where there is high demand for a large-scale premium fitness facility. It will also be conveniently located near their sister location in Rockaway.

Joining other new tenants such as Boot Barn, Ross and Skechers at The Gardens will be Panda Express and Chipotle Mexican Grill later this year. This popular shopping destination already boasts major retailers like Lowe’s TJ Maxx Home Goods Michael’s PetSmart and Five Below.

This new addition marks the second Fitness Factory location in Morris County for the chain which continues to expand its presence throughout New Jersey’s thriving market. Thanks to Black Lion Investment Group’s recent renovation efforts that have brought occupancy levels up to 98%, The Gardens remains an attractive destination for both shoppers and businesses alike.
