Ed Nekritz and Colleen McKeown, the current chief legal officer and chief human resources officer at Prologis, will retire from their positions effective January 1st, 2025. Deborah Briones, the deputy general counsel of Prologis will succeed Nekritz as the new chief legal officer while Nathaalie Carey, SVP of human resources at Prologis will take over as the new chief human resources officer. Both Nekritz and McKeown will continue to serve as senior advisors to the company in 2025.

David A. Josker has been recognized for his leadership skills by being named a two-time L.A. Evocative , a global provider of Internet infrastructure has appointed Chris Conley as its new Chief Revenue Officer with over 25 years of experience under his belt to drive ambitious growth plans for Evocative’s core leadership team. Conley joins Evocative from Evoque Data Centers (currently knowns Centersquare) where he served as CRO leading market expansion efforts.

With more than two decades’ worth experience under her belt Stacia previously held key positions within DeVoe & Company along with The Carlyle Group before joining Buchanan Street Partners .

Roland Strick who is currently serving Service by Medallion president was recently recognized on Association For Corporate Growth’s “Top Forty Silicon Valley Leaders To Watch” list which highlights exceptional contributions made by Strick towards the company’s growth in a highly competitive facilities management landscape. Jim Stanley who joined Suffolk 16 years ago as project manager has now been promoted to EVP division manager for Los Angeles at one of the country’s largest real estate and construction enterprises. In his new role, Jim will be responsible for leading Southern California operations with an impressive track record that includes rapid career progression from VP of Operations to COO in 2018 and then again being promoted to EVP this year.

Granite was recently awarded an approximately $36-million contract by the California Department of Transportation which involves rehabilitating pavement along Highway 162 in Mendocino County covering over twenty-five miles worth roadway that is currently serving as Covelo-Round Valley area’s only highway connection. The project is funded through federal funds along with contributions from SB1 (California Senate Bill).
