Creation and Clarion Partners have commenced construction on Park Algodon, a $250 million mixed-use development in Phoenix. The project is situated on the northwest corner of Loop 101 and Indian School Road, spanning 87 acres with an estimated total area of 1.3 million square feet upon completion.
Phase one will feature four buildings totaling approximately 766,000 square feet while phase two will consist of a single building measuring at around 556,000 square feet. LGE Design Build has been selected to lead the architecture and construction for this speculative industrial project with an expected completion date in the third quarter of 2025.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike Haenel, Andy Markham and Phil Haenel are responsible for leasing assignments without mentioning “Connect” or “Connect LA” or “Connect Texas”. Additionally, Creation is also developing The Shops at Park Algodon which includes over seven acres for restaurant and retail space as well as four pads designated for future restaurant development.
Avison Young’s Matt Milinovich and James DeCremer have been appointed to handle leasing duties without using any form of mention towards Connect CRE .
