Cushman & Wakefield successfully facilitated a 23,000-square-foot lease extension at 1881 Campus Commons in Reston, VA on behalf of landlord TF Cornerstone. The tenant, Quadrant Inc., will continue to operate its global headquarters at the location.
The Cushman & Wakefield team, led by Tom Walsh, Matt Bundy, Paige Barger and Chloe Eyring represented TF Cornerstone while Dan Falls of CBRE represented Quadrant Inc.
Located in the Reston Station submarket and currently undergoing enhancements,the 1881 Campus Commons building offers 245,755 square feet of Class A office space.
