After nearly two decades, the InterContinental hotel in Boston is undergoing a dining transformation. Miel and RumBa Bar will soon be replaced by Matria, an Italian steakhouse, and Bar Fellini. Led by Chef Didier Montarou and Chef de Cuisine Jeffery Bianchi, these new options are designed to appeal to both hotel guests and locals alike. The revamped space will feature a circular bar from RumBa but with added banquette seating and private dining areas for an elevated experience. This exciting change is set to debut in mid-May at the renowned Boston establishment.
