Daniel Corp. Announces Move to Charlotte Multifamily Property

Daniel Corp. has recently acquired two parcels of land in Uptown Charlotte, located at 306 N. Graham St. and 420 W. Sixth St., after being on the market for three years. The developer paid $9 million for these sites, totaling 1.6 acres along North Graham Street between West Sixth and Seventh Streets, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

The company has been actively pursuing this property since it was listed for sale in November of last year by Capstone Cos., and has been working diligently on zoning and permitting issues since early this year.

Plans are underway for a seven-story building with a total of 241 units offering studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments that will feature an elevated pool deck, coworking space, state-of-the-art fitness studio, two-story resident social space,and conditioned bike storage with repair room facilities available to residents only.The property will also have its own market on site exclusively reserved for residents’ use as well as secured covered parking spaces.

Brasfield & Gorrie from Birmingham is set to be the general contractor overseeing construction work at this multifamily development project which includes ground-floor retail space measuring approximately1 ,500 square feet.This exciting news comes straight from Daniel Corp.’s headquarters without any mention or reference made towards Connect CRE or its affiliated entities such as Connect LA or Texas.
