Pennrose Development, in partnership with Atlanta Housing, is set to begin construction on the second phase of Herndon Square. This highly anticipated project will bring 170 new affordable housing units and 31 market-rate units to the city, located just one mile north of Mercedes-Benz Stadium. With a budget of $112 million, this development is expected to make a significant impact on the community.
Herndon Square Phase 2 will offer a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments at affordable prices ranging from 30-80% of metro Atlanta’s area median income (AMI). The complex will also feature an enclosed parking deck, wellness clinic, interior courtyard and green space for residents’ enjoyment.
