JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality division has appointed James Escarzega as a managing director in its San Francisco office. In this role, Escarzega will collaborate with John Strauss, leader of JLL’s West Coast hotel team, and Charles Halladay, co-head of the Capital Markets group in San Francisco. He will also work closely with senior managing director Rob Hielscher to spearhead strategic initiatives and drive growth for hotel investment sales and advisory services across the western United States.
With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including previous roles at a global private equity firm and HFF, Escarzega brings valuable expertise to his new position. His educational background includes a degree in hotel administration from Cornell University.
