X Team Retail Advisors has announced the appointment of James Chung, founder and principal of The Econic Company in Campbell, CA, as the new Western Regional Director. Jeff Townsend, principal and co-founder of Rise Commercial Partners in Austin, TX will serve as the South Central Regional Director. They succeed previous directors Anthony Johnson and Bryan Cornelius.
According to Dave Chartham, president of X Team Retail Advisors: “We extend our gratitude to Anthony and Bryan for their hard work during their tenure with us. We are grateful for their dedication and leadership.” He added that both Chung and Townsend are highly respected members within X Team who have proven themselves through hard work.
Chung’s career has been marked by numerous accolades including being named one Silicon Valley Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2012 as well as ASVB Broker of the Year in both 2015 & 2016. He was also recognized among Chain Store Age’s “Power Four.”
Townsend brings over two decades worth of experience specializing in retail & restaurant tenant representation with a focus on strategic planning & expansion execution. Throughout his career he has represented many national companies.
