Plans for Former Downtown Denver Bus Station Surface

Five years have passed since Golub & Co and the Rockefeller Group acquired a city block in Denver for $38 million. The former Greyhound Bus Station site has been publicly announced by the group, but awaits approval from Denver for its proposed two-tower development.

The first tower will stand at 38 stories tall and offer a mix of residential units (391) and hotel rooms (170). Residents and guests will have access to shared amenities such as a pool on an amenity deck. The ground floor will feature separate lobbies for the hotel, apartments, restaurant, retail spaces, and offices.

A second tower with 26 stories is planned to include outdoor amenity decks on two levels as well as indoor amenities like a lounge, library,and fitness center on the 13th level. This building also offers five above-ground parking levels.

Leading architecture firms SCB from Chicago,Pickard Chilton from Connecticut,and Engine 8 based in Denver are collaborating on this project which is located four blocks away from Coors Fieldand eight blocks awayfrom Union Station.
