Five years have passed since Golub & Co and the Rockefeller Group acquired a city block in Denver for $38 million. The former Greyhound Bus Station site has been publicly announced by the group, but awaits approval from Denver for its proposed two-tower development.
The first tower will stand at 38 stories tall and offer a mix of residential units (391) and hotel rooms (170). Residents and guests will have access to shared amenities such as a pool on an amenity deck. The ground floor will feature separate lobbies for the hotel, apartments, restaurant, retail spaces, and offices.
A second tower with 26 stories is planned to include outdoor amenity decks on two levels as well as indoor amenities like a lounge, library, and fitness center on the 13th level. This building also offers five above-ground parking levels.
