Empire Group has recently broken ground on its largest build-to-rent project in Arizona, known as the Village at Bronco Trail. This new development is strategically located near Taiwan Semiconductor’s new mega-plant and will span across a 30-acre site at 29th Avenue and Sonoran Desert Drive.
An $88.5 million construction loan was secured by Tower Capital for this project, with construction officially commencing in August of 2023. Lifestyle Homes has been chosen as the general contractor for this venture, with the first phase of units expected to be completed by early 2025.
The Village at Bronco Trail will feature a total of 354 units, offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom options with an average floor plan size of approximately 923 square feet. Residents can look forward to amenities such as detached garages, a fitness center, car wash station, playground area for children and pets alike,a dog park , grilling area , resort-style pool , clubhouse,and spacious common areas . Each unit will also come equipped with its own private yard space .
