Hudson Square Properties (HSP) has recently announced the renewal and expansion of their headquarters at 200 Hudson Street in Downtown by global jewelry brand, David Yurman. The extended lease includes a significant increase of over 25% to a total of 150,000 square feet.
With operations in the United States, Canada, and France spanning over 350 locations worldwide, David Yurman is a prominent player in the jewelry industry. Located across twelve floors and totaling to an impressive area of 380,971 square feet ,200 Hudson Street offers an ideal location for businesses. Notable tenants include Steelcase and Havas.
The deal was facilitated by Peter Shimkin from Newmark along with Nichole Cortese from Loeb & Loeb representing HSP while Mary Ann Tighe,Ken Meyerson,Ariel Ball,Alex Leopold,and Ali Gordon from CBRE as well as Robyn Abbate from Wigginand Dana represented David Yurman.The post on Connect CRE announces that Downtown HQ will now expand up to150K SF under this new agreement.
