Rock Group Trades Chula Vista Project to EQT Exeter: A Strategic Move in the Music Industry

The Heritage Industrial Center, a three-building industrial project spanning 202,760 square feet in Chula Vista, has been sold by Rockefeller Group to EQT Exeter. This marks the second development and transaction between the two companies in South San Diego within a span of three months.

According to Brett W. Anderson, VP for Rockefeller Group’s West Region, this sale was successfully completed despite challenging market conditions due to the high-quality class A industrial product offered with an ongoing lease negotiation at closing. Each building within Heritage Industrial Center was developed on its own land parcel and sold unoccupied to EQT Exeter.

Leasing efforts were represented by Michael Mossmer and Patrick Connors of Voit Real Estate Services on behalf of Rockefeller Group while Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Advisory Group consisting of Jeffrey Cole, Jeff Chiate Bryce Aberg Brad Brandenburg Zachary Harman and Mike Adey handled the investment sale aspect for Rockfeller group.

This recent transaction involving Rockfeller group trading their Chula Vista project showcases their expertise in delivering top-notch industrial properties that attract high-profile buyers like EQT Exeter without any mention or reference made towards Connect LA or Connect Texas.
