Buffalo Wild Wings Go is set to debut in the Mid-Atlantic region at Windsor Office Park in Baltimore, taking up 1,396 square feet of space. The standalone inline retail building, located at 2835 N. Rolling Road and spanning over 9,425 square feet, will house the quick-service format.

This first location marks the beginning of a rollout plan for five to seven franchise locations in the local area. It will also coincide with existing gas station and convenience store franchises owned by Ranmeet Singh and Manki Suri in Anne Arundel County. The concept is expected to create job opportunities for approximately ten individuals when it opens its doors early next year.

Franchise owners Singh and Suri have signed a lease with St. John Properties Inc., securing their spot within this thriving mixed-use business community spread across ten acres of land. Representing the landlord was Eric Llewellyn from St.John Properties while Rachel Klein from KLNB Retail represented Buffalo Wild Wings Go as their tenant during this transaction.

The new addition of Buffalo Wild Wings Go opening soon at Windsor Office Park brings excitement to Baltimore’s dining scene! This highly anticipated quick-service restaurant will occupy 1,396 square feet within a standalone inline retail building measuring over an impressive 9,425 square feet on North Rolling Road.

With plans for expansion already underway by franchise owners Ranmeet Singh and Manki Suri who currently own several successful gas stations & convenience stores throughout Anne Arundel County; they are thrilled about creating employment opportunities that could potentially benefit around ten people once launched early next year!
