The Chevy Chase Land Company recently secured leases for 27,664 square feet of office space at two prime locations in the DC Metro area. These include 2 Bethesda Metro in downtown Bethesda and 2 Wisconsin Circle in the Friendship Heights neighborhood of Chevy Chase. The leases were finalized in December 2023 and involved Open Industrial (5,431 sf) and Precise Target (3,194 sf) at 2 Bethesda Metro, as well as Eye Doctors of Washington (13,938 sf) and New Century (5,101 sf) at 2 Wisconsin Circle.
According to CEO John Ziegenhein of The Chevy Chase Land Company: “We recognized the growing demand for office space near convenient transportation options such as Metro stations with ample parking. Additionally, our properties are surrounded by a variety of dining and retail options including popular destinations like Bethesda Row.”
