Colorado Boutique Hotel Sells for $160K per Room

Eagle Point Hotel Partners has recently acquired Ascent on Main, a charming 51-key boutique hotel in Colorado for $8.25 million. The property, previously under the control of a receiver, is situated in Parker – an affluent suburb of Denver.

Opened in late 2019, Ascent on Main boasts four stories and sits on 1.64 acres of land. It offers luxurious accommodations with its 51 well-appointed rooms along with meeting facilities and three food and beverage outlets that overlook an open-air promenade. In addition to the hotel’s own dining options, there are also retail spaces surrounding the property.

The prime location also presents exciting future developments such as residential units and retail establishments including a movie theatre located just across from the courtyard as part of a larger master-planned development project. Furthermore, Shea Meriden Office Park – spanning over 1,600 acres featuring over 3 million square feet of office space and approximately2 ,500 homes – is only three miles west from this newly acquired boutique hotel.

This recent transaction highlights how Colorado’s hospitality market continues to thrive despite current economic challenges with each room at Ascent on Main being valued at $160K per key.
