Miami’s Trinity Cathedral, a historic landmark built in 1923, is partnering with Key International to develop a new residential tower on its property. The Diocese of Southeast Florida has filed a rezoning plan for the land near the Venetian Causeway to Miami Beach. This collaboration will not only benefit the developer but also support the church’s mission and ministry by providing funds for affordable housing projects throughout Miami-Dade County.
According to reports from South Florida Business Journal, this 42-story tower will offer 462 residential units and a parking garage with 553 spaces that will serve both residents and church visitors. The ground floor of the building will house an elegant church hall while an eighth-floor pool/amenity deck adds luxury amenities for residents.
The apartments themselves range from cozy studios at just under 600 square feet to spacious three-bedroom units at over 1,500 square feet. With this exciting development project underway, Trinity Cathedral continues its legacy as an integral part of Miami’s history while also contributing positively towards its future growth.
