Harrison Street Exits Ownership of Clemson University Housing

Harrison Street has successfully sold Epoch Clemson, a 994-bed student housing community located near Clemson University in South Carolina. The property, which boasts over 3,600 feet of Lake Hartwell frontage and offers luxurious waterfront amenities such as a private beach and boat docks, was developed by Valeo Groupe US in partnership with Harrison Street. Inland Real Estate Acquisitions LLC acquired the property on behalf of an Inland affiliate for an undisclosed amount.

Epoch Clemson opened its doors to students in the summer of 2019 and quickly became a popular choice for off-campus living due to its prime location and top-notch facilities. Walker & Dunlop represented Harrison Street during the sale process.

This successful transaction marks Harrison Street’s exit from ownership at this highly sought-after student housing community serving Clemson University students.
