Slate Property Group’s SCALE Lending has successfully secured a $46 million bridge loan for Arris Grand, located in Brooklyn’s Clinton Hill neighborhood. This financing will allow for the completion of construction and support leasing efforts for the nine-story building at 982-998 Fulton Street.
Designed by Fogarty Finger, Arris Grand boasts 113 rental units and 7,154 square feet of retail space at the intersection of Grand Avenue and Fulton. The property also offers residents access to over 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities such as a fitness center, roof deck, terrace, and lounges. Apartment leasing is managed by Corcoran while RIPCO oversees retail operations.
