The Connor Group has expanded its portfolio of multifamily properties in the Denver area with the recent acquisition of a Littleton community for $100 million. This marks their fourth purchase in the region since 2017, with existing properties in Lowry, Cherry Creek and the Denver Tech Center.
Located at 8012 W. Long Drive, Broadstone Olivine was sold by Alliance Residential Company for approximately $306,748 per unit. The seller is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona and originally purchased the property for $5 million back in 2019. The community features four stories and boasts a total of 326 units designed by Santulan Architecture.
Residents can enjoy various amenities such as an outdoor pool, fitness center, coworking space, rooftop lounge clubhouse and even a golf putting green on site.
This transaction is just one example of Alliance Residential’s activity this year as they also recently sold an Uptown property for $111 million back in October. Additionally, the real estate company currently has plans to develop another apartment project consisting of 332 units located within Sterling Ranch.
Overall, this latest acquisition further solidifies The Connor Group’s presence within the thriving Denver rental market.
