Codina Partners has recently completed the sale of its Beacon Logistics Park in Hialeah, generating a total of $174.35 million from the transaction. The buyer, Southeast Commercial LLC, acquired all three parcels included in the deal.
The largest portion of this sale was for 50 acres at 4121 W. 91st Place which sold for $97.82 million. This site has been approved for construction and two buildings are currently being built on it.
Additionally, Codina Partners also sold a warehouse spanning over 148,000 square feet on an 8-acre lot at both addresses:4220 W.91st Place and
4120 W.
91st Place respectively.The former was purchased for $38.
