Pennington Partners & Co has recently introduced Pennington Real Estate Partners (PREP), a new division specializing in direct investments in residential and commercial real estate across the United States. This venture aims to utilize tax-advantaged strategies such as opportunity zones and structured equity, as well as senior secured lending. To spearhead this initiative, Taylor Coe and Alex Rongione, formerly of Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners, have been appointed managing directors and members of the PREP Investment Committee.
According to Brian Gaister, co-founder and CEO of Pennington Partners: “We have expanded our internal expertise in real estate investment to take advantage of opportunities throughout the country.” He also expressed his excitement about having Taylor and Alex on board to lead this new endeavor due to their extensive experience that will be crucial in identifying potential investments.
