"Connecticut's Manchester Parkade Sells for $19M"

The sale of Manchester Parkade in Connecticut for $19.2 million has been successfully facilitated by Marcus & Millichap. The shopping center, which spans 302,000 square feet and includes a Stop and Shop grocery store, was recently acquired by a private investor from the Boston area.

Conveniently located at 346-422 Middle Turnpike West just eight miles from Hartford, the center currently boasts an impressive occupancy rate of 92% with a total of 46 tenants. Notable tenants such as Dollar Tree, Planet Fitness, and the State of Connecticut Department of Children’s Services contribute to its high occupancy rate.

Leading this successful transaction were Jim Koury and Alex Quinn from the Koury Group at Marcus & Millichap who had exclusive assignment to market the property on behalf of the seller. With their expertise in commercial real estate sales and marketing strategies they were able to procure a buyer for this prime investment opportunity.

This recent sale is yet another testament to Marcus & Millichap’s reputation as one of top commercial real estate firms in New England region.
