Construction is currently underway for build-to-rent homes in Bryson, a master-planned community located in Leander. This mixed-use development, situated near the intersection of 183A and San Gabriel Parkway, will offer 155 rental homes upon completion by midsummer. In addition to these new units, over one thousand single-family fee-simple homes have already been built within the Bryson community. The project is being overseen by Johnson Development.
Residents of Bryson can enjoy a variety of amenities such as playgrounds, covered pavilions, event lawns, a pool and dog park. While each section has its own set of amenities available to residents exclusively, they are also able to be shared between both sections.
Part of the overall master plan for Bryson includes Broadstone Bryson – an apartment complex with 306 units located at the front entrance of the neighborhood. Construction on this project was completed earlier this spring and features various amenities including a fitness center and private office pods.
The commercial portion of Bryson is currently under construction with no tenant announcements made at this time.
