4GSeller, a renowned men’s luxury reseller, has recently secured a lease for their new location in the trendy neighborhood of SoHo. The lease was signed with Manhattan Skyline Management and marks the second showroom for 4GSeller in New York City.
Vincent Ferraro is the owner of 4GSeller and is known for offering an extensive collection of authentic Chrome Hearts products. The brand, which originated in America, has gained popularity among luxury enthusiasts. The new showroom spans over 925 square feet and is located at 107 Sullivan Street within one of Manhattan Skyline’s ten apartment buildings called Sullivan Mews. This residential complex offers a total of 155 units ranging from studios to one- and two-bedroom layouts.
The long-term lease transaction was facilitated by Joshua Roth from Skyline Management Corp on behalf of Manhattan Skyline while Neal Klotsman from Douglas Elliman represented 4GSeller.
