"DrinkPak Invests $452M in Two DFW Factories"

DrinkPak, a leading producer of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, has announced plans to construct two state-of-the-art factories in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The company is investing an impressive $452 million into these facilities, which are expected to bring 1,000 new jobs to the region.

These factories will be located at Trammell Crow’s 35 Eagle campus in southern Denton County and Carter Park East in southeast Fort Worth. They will produce a wide range of popular beverages including energy drinks, sodas, waters, hard seltzers, and canned cocktails. Additionally, the facilities will also manufacture milk and milk alternatives such as canned cold brew and oat milk-based drinks.

To support this major investment,Dallas-Fort Worth officials have passed a 10-year tax abatement that could potentially save DrinkPak up to $21 million on real estate taxes. The agreement stipulates that if the company fails to meet their commitment of creating at least800 full-time jobs with an average annual salary of $70,o00,the abatement may be forfeited or reduced accordingly.
