575 Madison Avenue, a prime office property located in Midtown, has recently secured four new leases totaling 25,000 square feet. Owned by Steinberg & Pokoik and recently renovated, the property continues to attract top tenants.
One of the completed deals includes a lease for the entire 21st floor to Corbin Capital Management. Represented by CBRE’s expert team of Ben Friedland, Taylor Scheinman and Gary Davies, this lease marks another success for the building.
