Integra Investments, TriStar Capital, and Lndmrk Development have recently acquired an acre of land at 3601 N. Miami Ave for $23 million. The South Florida Business Journal has reported that the trio is proposing a 20-story office building on the south side of Interstate 195. This project will be reviewed by a city planning agency later this week.
The proposed building will cover an area of 448,817 square feet and include 199,048 square feet of office space along with commercial space spanning over11,438 square feet. It will also feature a total of642 parking spaces out which137 are designated for electric vehicle charging stations.The design has been created by renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica based in Miami.
The ground floor is planned to accommodate4,196 square feetof retail while the office space would start fromthe eighth floor.Four floors would have terraces providing breathtaking views to its occupants.A fitness center on the nineteenth floor and an amenity deck on the twentiethfloor includinga full-service restaurantandan outdoor gardenwill add value to this highrise development.
