**Zurich North America Relocating Downtown Chicago Office to Willis Tower**

Zurich North America has announced plans to move its downtown Chicago office to the iconic Willis Tower. The company has signed a 10-year lease for 52,000 square feet spanning the 53rd and 54th floors of the 110-story skyscraper located at 233 S. Wacker Drive.

The move will see Zurich transition from its current office space in the West Loop at 300 S. Riverside Plaza. The lease at Willis Tower was negotiated by Todd Mintz, Executive Managing Director at JLL, representing Zurich North America. Nikki Kern of the Chicago-based Telos Group represented the landlord, Perform.

Zurich’s new space within Willis Tower will be approximately the same size as its current office, ensuring a seamless transition for the company. Zurich North America employs roughly 3,000 people across the Chicago area.

Willis Tower, owned by Blackstone Group, recently secured a deal with its lender to extend the maturity date on its $1.3 billion loan by three years, providing additional financial flexibility for the building’s operations and tenant enhancements.
