"Zoned Buckeye Warehouse Site Sold for $20M to Arizona Land Company"

Arizona Land Consulting has successfully acquired a 131-acre industrial site in Buckeye, Arizona for $20 million. The property is located on west Southern Ave. and South Rooks Road and is zoned specifically for industrial use.

According to Anita Verma-Lallian, a representative from Arizona Land Consulting, this recent acquisition reflects the continued growth of the state’s industrial sector. In addition to its prime location in Buckeye, this site also boasts a certificate of assured water supply – making it an ideal choice for manufacturing, construction or other types of industrial businesses.

This purchase comes on the heels of another successful deal by Arizona Land Consulting – the acquisition of 600 acres in Casa Grande for $138 million (purchased at $40 million). As development along Loop 303 continues to expand, there has been increased interest from both developers and employers looking towards Buckeye as their next growth opportunity.
