ZOM Living has secured a $109 million refinancing for Atelier Dallas, a 41-story residential tower featuring 10 penthouses, 53 loft-style and 364 high-rise units ranging from 500 to 2,300 square feet. Matthew Adler of ZOM commented that the successful financing “speaks to the high quality of this asset,” despite challenging economic conditions.
Atelier broke ground in 2018 and offers 15,000 square feet of prime retail space at its ground level leased to notable dining, arts and entertainment concepts as well as two levels of underground public parking. The property is currently 93% leased with resort style amenities including an infinity edge pool & sun deck with custom cabanas; yoga lawn; outdoor lounge with grilling area for al fresco dining; bar & fire pit; membership quality fitness center; coworking space w/ private conference rooms & private wine lockers plus entertainment lounge catering kitchen w/ harvest table grab-n-go resident market & pet spa.
