**Zippy Shell Breaks Ground on New Denville Distribution Center**
PREMIER Design + Build Group, Zippy Shell, and Cervenka Development Partners (CDP) have officially broken ground on a new industrial warehouse facility in Denville, New Jersey. The project, located at 20 Dock Road, will serve as a major distribution hub for Zippy Shell, a leading moving and storage company, bolstering its operations and expanding its service network across the Northeast.

The state-of-the-art, Class A industrial facility will span nearly 119,000 square feet and will include a 36-foot clear height, 18 dock doors, one drive-in door, 52 parking spaces, and 12 trailer stalls. Strategically situated just three minutes from both eastbound and westbound I-80, the location offers prime access to major transportation corridors, reinforcing Zippy Shell’s capabilities in meeting the demands of a growing customer base.
This development marks a major milestone in Zippy Shell’s expansion strategy and underscores its commitment to operational excellence in the logistics and storage sector.
