Zeller Realty Corporation has announced the appointment of Chris Baker as its new CEO, effective June 1, 2024. Baker will be taking over from current CEO Bob Six, who has been with Zeller for more than 23 years and served as CEO for the past four years. With a career in commercial real estate spanning over 40 years, Six has played a significant role in expanding the company’s portfolio from 3 million to over 10 million square feet nationwide.
Despite stepping down as CEO, Six will continue to serve as a Principal of Zeller and provide guidance to senior leadership. According to him, Baker’s expertise in debt and equity combined with his proven leadership skills make him well-suited to lead Zeller into its next phase of growth and success.
Baker brings more than two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry to his new role at Zeller. He joined the company in 2013 and has held various positions including President of Zeller Realty Corporation and Director of Asset Management.
