Remedy Medical Properties, Inc. has acquired a portfolio of six medical office buildings in Northern Kentucky for an undisclosed sum. The seller, Zalla Companies, was represented by CBRE’s Steve Timmel , CCIM, Will Roberts , Chris Prosser , CCIM and Travis Likes.
The 145,308 square foot portfolio includes properties in both Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati area. All buildings are fully leased to St. Elizabeth Physicians with an average lease term of ten years. St. Elizabeth Physicians is a leading multi-specialty physician group in the tri-state region.
According to Timmel: “Zalla Companies placed great importance on finding the right buyer due to their longstanding relationship with this tenant.” Ultimately they chose Remedy Medical Properties – a national firm specializing in healthcare real estate investments across the country.
