**YunExpress Expands in NJ with Lease at Crow Holdings at Carteret**
YunExpress, a leading global third-party logistics (3PL) provider, has inked a long-term lease for 146,000 square feet at Crow Holdings at Carteret, a 1.2-million-square-foot industrial campus located at 400 Salt Meadow Road in Carteret, New Jersey.
This lease marks a regional expansion for YunExpress and establishes the company as the third tenant in the state-of-the-art campus near Exit 12 of the New Jersey Turnpike. The company will join existing tenants Weida Freight System, Inc. and DSV Global Transport and Logistics.
Savills brokers Christopher Marx, Chris O’Connor, Steve Card, Chris Marx Jr., Taylor DeRisi, and Peter Starr represented YunExpress in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield’s Jules Nissim, Stan Danzig, and Kimberly Bach served as exclusive leasing agents on behalf of Crow Holdings.
Founded in 2014, YunExpress has rapidly grown to become one of China’s top-ranked third-party logistics companies. As momentum at the Carteret facility continues, Cushman & Wakefield is actively marketing the campus’s final available space — a 480,000-square-foot standalone building at 500 Salt Meadow Road.
