The newest “Drink While You Shop” location for Tapville Social, a franchise specializing in craft beer and cider, has recently opened at Yorktown Center in Lombard, Illinois. The team behind this venture consists of Chicago entrepreneurs Samuel Kirkland, Danny Ruffin, Cortney Bell and Bennie Cole.
This addition is part of the larger transformational master plan announced earlier this year by Yorktown Mall and the Village of Lombard. This plan includes a mixed-use development with over 700 residential units as well as a park that will host various events such as concerts and pop-ups. Located in Lombard, Yorktown Center is known for its diverse mix of retailers, restaurants and entertainment options.
According to spokesperson Samuel Kirkland from the franchisee team: “Tapville isn’t just another business venture for us; it’s a passion project driven by our adventurous spirits and dedication to creating a lasting legacy for our families.” This exciting new opening was reported on Connect CRE.
