Mediapro North America has commenced the development of Mediapro Studios at Great Point Studios in Yonkers, New York. This partnership with Great Point Studios aims to stimulate the local economy and establish an Eastern Seaboard hub for production. The state-of-the-art facility, scheduled to open in Fall 2024, will feature three stages spanning over 20,000 square feet and provide ample space for large-scale productions.
According to Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano, “The addition of Mediapro to our city’s flourishing film and production landscape showcases our innovative approach towards redevelopment that creates jobs and promotes economic growth.” He further expressed gratitude towards Mediapro at Great Point Studios for investing in Yonkers and expanding its presence here – truly making it Hollywood on Hudson.
