"Yellow Bee Market and Cafe Now Open at Cypress Apartment Building"

Yellow Bee Market & Café, a locally-owned international grocery and grab-and-go store, has opened in Seattle’s Yesler neighborhood. The 4,500-square-foot store was designed by Tiscareno Associates and is located in Vulcan Real Estate’s Cypress apartment building.

This new market fills a much-needed gap in the area as the nearest grocery store is about one mile away. Yellow Bee is part of the Hong Kong Market brand and offers Asian-inspired delicacies such as bánh mì sandwiches and bubble tea, along with traditional grocery staples like fresh produce, meats, and bread. The market also features a café where customers can enjoy their purchases on-site.

According to Robert S. Arron from Vulcan Real Estate: “Yellow Bee perfectly caters to the needs of Yesler residents. Our collaboration with them to provide accessible fresh food options for the community has been invaluable.” With Malubianian – a Sichuan skewer hot pot restaurant – set to open later this year at Cypress’ 8,300-square-foot retail space fully leased out now.

The opening of Yellow Bee Market & Café at Cypress Apartment Building showcases an exciting addition for local residents seeking quality groceries within close proximity.”
