Miami-based sneaker retailer Yankeekicks has secured a long-term lease for their 5,104 square foot retail flagship space at 666 Broadway in NoHo. Led by CEO and Founder Yaniv Bar, the company is well known among ‘sneakerheads’ for its rare sneaker collection and reselling business.
Newmark’s Ariel Schuster and Mitch Heifetz represented the landlord in the transaction while Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Shalom and Joanne Podell acted on behalf of Yankeekicks. “We continue to see strong demand across downtown Manhattan’s retail landscape as evidenced by recent leasing activity with premier occupiers,” said Heifetz.
