### X Team Retail Advisors Announces 2025 Board of Directors
X Team Retail Advisors has elected its 2025 board of directors to lead the national platform, which consists of more than 350 retail real estate specialists across nearly 50 markets in the U.S. and Canada. Dave Cheatham, leader of the affiliate member Velocity Retail Group in Phoenix, has been re-elected for a third term as president of X Team. Additionally, four other board chairs have been re-elected to serve another term in 2025.
The following five members have been re-elected for two-year terms on the X Team board:
– **President:** Dave Cheatham, Velocity Retail Group, Phoenix
– **Treasurer:** Nathan Shor, S.L. Nusbaum, Richmond, VA
– **Secretary:** Lea Clay Park, Axiom Retail Advisors, Southern California
– **Business Development:** Jason Baker, Baker Katz, Houston
– **Midwest Regional Director:** Dan Paxton, Edge Real Estate Group, Cincinnati
