Wynn Third Strip Tower: Teeing Up the Next Big Thing

Wynn Resorts International has received approval from the Clark County Zoning Commission to move forward with plans for a third tower in Las Vegas. The new 1,100-room resort will feature a 28,000-square-foot casino and 85,000 square feet of convention space on a prime 34.6-acre site located across from Wynn’s main campus.

The development site was previously occupied by the New Frontier hotel before being demolished in 2007. In 2017, Wynn purchased the land along with some surrounding parcels for $336 million.

Construction timelines have not yet been announced for this exciting project. As one of the leading players in the industry, Wynn Resorts currently owns and operates several renowned properties including Wynn Las Vegas, Encore Boston Harbor,Wyn Macau,and Wyn Palace Cotai.
