These amenities include state-of-the-art conferencing facilities, private meeting spaces, entertainment lounges,a fitness center,and an on-site café.
Leading real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield represented the purchaser during negotiations with Jamie A.Scully and David Scully at the helm.
