**World Market to Open at Assembly Row, Filling Final Vacancy**

Federal Realty has announced that **World Market** will open its second Massachusetts location this year at **Assembly Row** in Somerville. The new **18,361-square-foot** showroom will complete the final vacancy in **Assembly Square Marketplace**, adjacent to Ashley Furniture.

Several other businesses are also set to open at Assembly Row this year, including:
– **Good Time Golf** (4,804 square feet), a new golf simulator and lounge.
– **Pop-Up Bagels** (1,395 square feet), marking the second Boston location for the popular bagel concept.
– **Verizon Wireless** (2,003 square feet).

“With the addition of World Market, the Marketplace will deliver a truly comprehensive group of home décor and furnishing options alongside Ashley Furniture, Bob’s, T.J. Maxx & HomeGoods, and Raymour & Flanigan,” said **David Middleton, VP and General Manager of Assembly Row**. “Good Time Golf and Pop-Up Bagels are both great additions that we hope will spark a lot of excitement among our residents, employees, visitors, and neighbors.”

Additionally, longtime tenant **River Bar** has recently closed and is undergoing a refresh. It will reopen this spring or summer as **Cocolee**, a new Pan-Asian dining concept.
