Woodridge Transaction Negotiated by Cushman and Wakefield

Woodridge Transaction Negotiated by Cushman and Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield, a leading commercial real estate firm, recently facilitated the leasing of 64,643 square feet at 2250 W. 75th Street in Woodridge, Illinois on behalf of Molto Properties. The space was leased to J&P Warehousing/Tardella Foods and was represented by Dan Wilkins and Lou Hall from Cushman & Wakefield.

This latest transaction leaves only 37,228 square feet available for immediate occupancy in Molto’s newly constructed speculative building with a total size of 101,871 square feet. The property boasts excellent visibility from I-355 and convenient access to the city and suburbs as well as major airports such as O’Hare and Midway.

According to Wilkins: “Molto has delivered an exceptional building with prime location advantages that make it highly desirable for local manufacturing and distribution companies.” He also noted that the remaining space is expected to be quickly occupied due to high demand in Chicago’s industrial market.

The overall industrial market remains strong in terms of leasing activity and absorption rates within submarkets like I-55 where this transaction took place. For more information on this deal or other commercial real estate news visit Connect CRE.
