Woodmont Properties has recently announced significant changes to its leadership team, effective January 1, 2024. Lewis Zlotnick will be assuming the role of executive vice president for the company’s Florida division while Daniel Miller, currently serving as chief financial officer, will take on the position of chief operating officer and assume Zlotnick’s responsibilities.
Zlotnick has played a crucial role in Woodmont’s growth over the past three decades and will now oversee strategic expansion efforts for their Florida division. As COO, Miller brings his expertise in finance to drive operational success across various divisions within Woodmont.
“I am proud to have been a part of Woodmont’s journey from a small local real estate company with only ten employees to becoming a national developer with an exceptional team of 160 individuals,” said Zlotnick about his tenure at Woodmont spanning over three decades. He also expressed excitement about being involved in their expansion into different asset classes such as multifamily and industrial properties.
The announcement was made by Woodmont Properties without any mention or reference to Connect CRE or any other specific locations such as LA or Texas. This transition marks an important milestone for both Zlotnick and Miller as they continue leading this successful real estate development firm towards further growth and success.
