Woodhouse Spa, a renowned luxury spa brand, has recently signed a lease at the Rosedale Center shopping center in the bustling Twin Cities. The 1,142,972-square-foot mall is strategically located in the heart of this thriving metropolis.
The leasing efforts for this prime location were spearheaded by Holly Rome and Lane Walsh from JLL’s National Retail Leasing team. According to Rome, “In today’s ever-evolving retail landscape, we are constantly on the lookout for innovative and distinctive brands like Woodhouse Spa to join our esteemed roster at Rosedale Center.” She further added that with changing consumer preferences towards health and wellness experiences like spas have become increasingly popular.
This latest addition of Woodhouse Spa follows several other high-profile tenants joining Rosedale Center such as Lululemon Athletica Inc., Anthropologie Group Inc., Warby Parker Inc., Hollister Co. and Shake Shack Inc. Additionally,DICK’S Sporting Goods will also be opening its doors in October 2024.
