PCCP Provides $62M Loan for Refinance of The Radler in Charleston Area
PCCP has provided a $62 million senior loan to Woodfield Development for the refinance of The Radler, a 324-unit, Class A garden-style multifamily community in Summerville, South Carolina. The property is located at 1100 Warburton Road in Downtown Nexton, approximately 25 miles north of Downtown Charleston.
Situated on roughly 11.4 acres, The Radler features studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences across seven buildings, each ranging from three to four stories. Completed in 2024, the community boasts a comprehensive selection of amenities, including a resort-style pool with sundeck, a rooftop sky lounge, a state-of-the-art fitness center and outdoor fitness lawn, a dedicated spin room, a conference room, co-working spaces, a game room, and a resident lounge.
Catering to modern lifestyles, The Radler also offers a pet-friendly environment with a landscaped courtyard, gas grills and outdoor dining areas, a pickleball court, an outdoor amphitheater, a bike barn, and electric vehicle charging stations.
The Radler is Woodfield Development’s 18th project in South Carolina, contributing to a portfolio of over 4,300 residential units and more than $1 billion in development across the state over the past 15 years.
