CBRE has successfully closed the sale of a 53,730-square-foot office building located at 470 Chestnut Ridge Rd. in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey’s Bergen County. The property was sold for $9.8 million and was represented by CBRE’s Institutional Properties Group consisting of Jeffrey Dunne, Doug Rodio, Travis Langer and Dan Blumenkrantz on behalf of the owner Keystone Property Group.

Situated at the intersection of Chestnut Ridge Road and Tice Road near Whole Foods, this fully leased property serves as Kiewit Infrastructure’s regional Northeast headquarters. Kiewit is a leading engineering and construction company with over $13 billion in revenue and more than 28,000 employees across North America.

According to Dunne: “The prime location of 470 Chestnut combined with recent upgrades to its lobby area, common spaces and building systems made it an attractive investment opportunity for the buyer.”
