RD Management has announced two new leases at Harriman Commons, a shopping mall in Woodbury, New York. Five Below, a specialty discount-store, has leased an 11,012 SF store formerly occupied by Ulta Beauty and Rightly Dental is now seeing patients after signing a lease for 1,650 SF.

The center is nearly 98% leased with Burlington’s recent opening as well as pad sites approved for BJ’s Fueling Station (3K SF) and drive-thru restaurant in front of BJ’s Wholesale Club (construction beginning this quarter).
